Pesto

• 1 large bunch basil
• 1 bunch parsley
• 3 cloves garlic, chopped roughly
• 3 Tbs pine nuts
• 2 tsp sea salt
• 1/4 cup ev olive oil
  

Place all the ingredients in a blender or food process and pulse until desired consistency. Or use a mortar & pestle and grind to desired consistency.
